Yes! You can cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase as long as it hasn't shipped or entered production. Email support@mundoprints.in with your order number.
Yes, approved returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup.
Report a faulty, damaged or wrong item within 7 days of delivery, with a photo sent to support@mundoprints.in.
Quality issues include: Misprints, incorrect size/color compared to order, visible printing defects, damage during shipping, incorrect items sent. Just send a photo to support@mundoprints.in.
Refunds are paid within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the item.
We will replace or refund your order completely. No customer should suffer for courier mistakes.
