Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will notify you at the time of checkout or within 24–48 hours of order placement.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 or Free on orders above ₹999
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹50 may apply to COD orders.
All shipping charges are inclusive of GST and will be clearly displayed in your order summary before payment.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
- Estimated Delivery: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–10 business days.
- Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics bottlenecks, extreme weather, or public holidays. In such cases, we will provide regular updates via email/WhatsApp.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a unique Tracking ID and a link via email/SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time through our logistics partner's website.
Mandatory Disclosures (Consumer Protection Rules)
- Country of Origin: As per Indian law, the country of origin for all products is mentioned on the respective product pages.
- Total Price: The final price shown at checkout is the "All-Inclusive" price, including taxes, packaging, and shipping fees.
- Authenticity: Mundo Prints guarantees that all products shipped are authentic and match the descriptions provided on our website.
Delivery Protocol & Undelivered Orders
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to our warehouse (RTO - Return to Origin).
- Please ensure the provided shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery failures.
- For prepaid orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
Important: We highly recommend filming an "unboxing video" as proof for claims regarding missing items or physical damage during transit.
Grievance Redressal
