These are the prices for black, white and khaki caps. In the other colours, caps cost ₹260 each from 2 to 49 and ₹210 from 100, and between 50 and 99 they cost ₹220 printed or ₹250 embroidered. Orange printed caps stay at ₹220 from 50. Both embroidered caps and printed caps come in 11 colours. For a gift, embroidery is usually the better choice because the logo is raised and does not fade. T-shirts and polos
Our custom T-shirts come in 180 gsm and a thicker 200 gsm, in 13 colours. A 180 gsm T-shirt is ₹345 each for 10 to 99 shirts. From 100 shirts, it is ₹320 to ₹373 depending on the colour. The 200 gsm T-shirt costs ₹360 to ₹435 from 10 shirts.
Polo T-shirts are made from a 50% cotton and 50% polyester blend and come in 12 colours. The price is the same for every colour:

A gift looks finished when it is handed over in a bag with your logo. Our paper shopping bags are made from 100 gsm paper in white or brown kraft, printed in one colour, from 100 bags.

Sizes are width x depth x height. For clothing, choose a bag a little larger than the folded item, so the gift goes in without creasing.
When to order corporate gifts
Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days to metro cities and 5 to 10 business days to the rest of India, as set out in our shipping policy. Allow a day or two more if your logo file needs fixing. As a rule, order four weeks before the day for delivery anywhere in India, or three weeks before for metro cities.

How to get your logo right on a gift
- Send a sharp file. A vector file (PDF, SVG, AI or EPS) is best. A PNG with a transparent background also works if it is at least 300 pixels per inch at the printed size.
- Keep it simple for embroidery. Remove thin outlines, small taglines and shadows. A logo that is clear at the size of a coin will stitch well.
- Check the contrast. A white or light logo stands out on navy, black and red. A dark logo works best on white, grey and khaki.
- Prepare a one-colour version for bags. Paper bags are printed in a single colour, so a logo made of gradients or several colours needs a solid version.
- Order one sample first. Caps, T-shirts and polos can be ordered from a single piece, so check one before you order 100.
Are gifts to employees taxable?
Under the Income-tax Rules, 2026, which apply from 1 April 2026, gifts, vouchers and tokens from an employer are tax-free for the employee up to ₹15,000 in total in a tax year. The limit was ₹5,000 before (KPMG summary of the Income-tax Rules, 2026). So a Diwali T-shirt and cap, plus a New Year polo, stay well inside the limit.
For GST, gifts from an employer to an employee worth up to ₹50,000 in a financial year are not treated as a supply (CBIC press release on GST on gifts). Gifts to clients and dealers follow different rules. This is a summary, not tax advice, so check your own case with your accountant.

Yes. Delivery is free to most pin codes in India, whether your office is in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Jaipur or a smaller town. Metro cities usually receive orders 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, and the rest of India within 5 to 10.
How early should we order Diwali gifts with a logo?
Four weeks before Diwali for delivery anywhere in India, or three weeks for metro cities. For Diwali 2027 on 29 October, order by 29 September, or by 6 October for metro cities.
